Question 1

How does PodBloom actually clean my produce?

Accepted Answer

PodBloom uses titanium electrodes to electrolyze plain tap water, generating active OH⁻ ions that break down pesticide residue, wax and grime on the surface of your fruit and vegetables. In peer-reviewed studies, electrolyzed-water cleaning removed roughly 40–86% of specific pesticide residues, depending on the residue and produce type. PodBloom significantly reduces surface residues — no cleaning method removes 100%, and we'll never claim otherwise.

Question 2

Why does the water change color?

Accepted Answer

As the active OH⁻ ions break down residue, wax and grime, those particles lift off your produce and disperse into the water — which is why it often turns cloudy or murky by the end of a cycle. How much the color changes depends on what you're cleaning and how much residue was on it. It's the visible proof that something a plain rinse left behind is now in the bowl instead of on your food.

Question 3

Does it leave anything on my food?

Accepted Answer

No. PodBloom works with nothing but plain water — no sprays, no chemical tablets, no refills to buy. There's no vinegar taste, no soapy film and no smell. When the ~10-minute cycle finishes, just give your produce a quick rinse under the tap and it's ready to eat, cook or store.

Question 4

Is it waterproof, and how do I charge it?

Accepted Answer

Yes — PodBloom is IPX7 water-resistant and designed to work fully submerged in a bowl or sink. Because it charges wirelessly on its included base, there are no charging ports or cables to worry about near water. It also splits into two washable parts, so keeping the device itself clean takes seconds.

Question 5

When will my order ship?

Accepted Answer

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your PodBloom has shipped. Standard delivery takes 5–12 working days depending on your location.

Question 6

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a full 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your PodBloom within 30 days from the receipt date for a complete refund — no hassle, no questions asked.
